Select & customize your home

Select & customize your home
  • Choose from our curated collection of pre-designed models or collaborate on a custom design with our team.
  • Use our online configurator to personalize layout, finishes, energy systems, and smart features.
  • All Hapi Homes are architecturally designed and net-zero capable by default.

The price for each model build kit is published online.

Site assessment & design planning

  • Already own land? Begin with a topographical survey and soil analysis.
  • Don't have land? We'll help you find a build-ready site through our partner marketplace.
  • Our team will create schematic designs, permit-ready drawings, and 3D visualizations of your home on your lot (including augmented reality (AR) previews).
  • 10% of the build kit cost is payable for the design pack initiation.

Finalize design & secure permits

  • Finalize your selections and approve execution drawings (structural, MEP, and finishes).
  • We'll submit your permit package.

Manufacturing & procurement

Manufacturing & procurement
  • Once your permits are approved, your home is manufactured off-site using precision-engineered panelized components.
  • All components selected based on your requirements are procured.
  • To minimize delays and on-site variation, fixtures, finishes, and upgrades are procured per your selections.
  • 40% of the build kit cost is payable before manufacturing starts.

Every Hapi Home is pre-engineered to accelerate build time and improve energy performance.

Delivery & installation

  • Your home is delivered to your site in pre-manufactured panels.
  • Work with your own licensed builder or engage a certified installer from our national network.
  • Our support team coordinates logistics and provides digital install packs, foundation plans, and technical support.
  • The balance of the build cost is payable at this stage.

Most installs are complete within 2-6 weeks from delivery.

Final inspection & handover

  • Once installation is complete, your home undergoes a comprehensive multi-point quality assurance inspection. We verify structural integrity, energy system performance, airtightness, and finishing details against design specifications.
  • Any punch list items are documented and addressed promptly, with full transparency.
  • A Hapi Homes representative or certified site supervisor will complete a final walk-through with you, explaining key features, warranties, and system operations.
